Police Blotter | Baby in Running Car Citation; the Wolves had us Scared, really; Dude, Where’s my Car; True ‘Cat Fight’

SUSPICIOUS |  SNOQUALMIE RIDGE IGA

On April 2nd around 5PM police responded to a child left unattended in a running vehicle. The officer cited the woman “via investigation.” It was determined the female left the one month old in the vehicle while inside Starbucks for 15 minutes.


THEFT REPORT | STOW AVE, North Bend

On April 3rd around 7AM a caller reported within the past three days the back license plate of their vehicle was stolen while parked in a carport


DISPUTE | ORCHARD AVE, North Bend

On April 3rd around 4:30PM two neighbors were arguing over a cat going into the other’s yard.  The neighbor whose yard the cat ‘trespassed’ into “peeled out his truck in the front yard of the cat neighbor.” Apparently the cat neighbor, though, did not want to press charges or trespass the “peeling out” neighbor.


SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | DOUGLAS AVE, Snoqualmie

On April 3rd around 6:30AM a vehicle at the location was “shaving creamed” by unknown persons.  The officer could not locate the registered owner of the vehicle.


ALCOHOL-RELATED OFFENSES | NORTH BEND QFC

On April 4th around 2PM a caller reported a male sitting in a pickup truck in the parking lot drinking a bottle of Jack Daniels. An officer responded, but the man was gone. The officer eventually contacted the a man who fit the description of the person that was possibly drinking in the parking lot, but that subject was not impaired or drinking.


SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | SE RIVER ST, Snoqualmie

On April 6th at 6:45PM a caller reported finding a gas can and funnel near his vehicle and due to the syphoning reported in the police blotter, thought the items could be related. An officer responded but thought the can and funnel were more consistent with construction than syphoning. The items were disposed of.


MALICIOUS MISCHIEF REPORT | TWIN STAR CAR WASH, Snoqualmie

On April 7th at 10:45AM the car wash owner reported a subject observed on security equipment damaging the the car wash property.  An officer located, arrested and booked the subject into King County Jail.


THEFT IN-PROGRESS | NORTH BEND SAFEWAY

On April 7th at 11AM the store reported a shoplifter had been caughter.  An officer responded and learned the manager had observed and then contacted the juvenile suspect in the parking lot after not paying for $8.27 worth of product. The juvenile was trespassed from the store.


JUVENILE PROBLEM | CASCADE VIEW ES, Snoqualmie

On April 9th at 3:45PM a caller reported four juveniles on the roof of the building near the fields. An officer responded but found no kids on the roof, but did speak to “youth in the area about not climbing on the roof.”


NOISE COMPLAINT | DOUGLAS AVE, Snoqualmie

On April 9th around 9:30PM a caller reported a loud party at the location – and said he had called two previous times that day about the noise. An officer responded and contacted the subject at the residence who was advised to keep the noise down or his/her parents would be cited.


THEFT IN-PROGRESS | CHILDRENS PLACE, North Bend Outlet Mall

On April 11th at 3:15PM an employee reported that a man in a trench coat “took at whole bunch of clothing” and left in a gray Dodge Charger on westbound I-90. The clothing was valued at $500 – $600


SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | HEALY AVE, North Bend

On April 12th at 9:30AM an officer contacted suspicious subjects in a vehicle – where one appeared to be passed out.  The vehicle’s passenger had a confirmed warrant out of King County. The passenger was booked into jail.


Motor Vehicle THEFT REPORT |  Mount Si High School

On April 12th at 11:40AM a caller reported that their car had been stolen from the high school. The caller then cancelled the report saying the vehicle had been moved as a joke by their sister.


SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | TRUCK TOWN, North Bend

On April 12th around 10:30PM officers contacted two subjects who were reportedly walking around the truck stop administration building, looking into the windows.  The subjects told the officers they were trying to get a ride to Idaho and were concerned about the “timberwolves that were approaching and growling at them.” Despite being told where the wolves were located, the officers could not see any wolves. The officers did check the admin building and did not find signs of fresh damage or entry.


SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | EJ ROBERTS PARK, North Bend

On April 13th around 12:15PM a caller reported several homeless subjects were behind the tennis carts with a shopping cart. An officer responded and asked the subjects to return the cart to the food bank immediately. The subjects admitted smoking marijuana in the park and the officer advised against that as well.


MALICIOUS MISCHIEF REPORT | SE SWENSON DR, Snoqualmie

On April 13th at 2:30PM a caller reported damage done to the sunroof of their vehicle, but it was unknown if it was intentional or accidental. The caller wanted the information recorded in case it becomes a pattern in the neighborhood.


ASSAULT REPORT  | FALLS AVE, Snoqualmie

A caller reported that her ex boyfriend was continually driving by her home and had hit hit her new boyfriend in the elbow with short stick after an argument started in front of the home. Officers were unable to located the ex boyfriend.


AREA CHECK | MAIN AVE S, North Bend

On April 15th around 7:45AM, an area check for a camping complaint resulted in an out-of-state arrest of a subject who was booked into King County Jail on outstanding warrants.
