The Venturing Crew that has operated the Christmas tree lot at Gateway Park will not continue the fundraiser.
To continue this community tradition, the City of Snoqualmie is now accepting proposals from businesses or organizations interested in renting the City-owned property at the corner of SR 202 and Snoqualmie Parkway to operate an independent seasonal Christmas tree lot from late November 2026 through mid-January 2027.
The City is offering temporary use of the property. The selected operator will establish, manage, and fund its operation. The City will act solely as property owner and will not sponsor, produce, or manage the operation.
The Notice of Availability is available on the City of Snoqualmie website. Please submit proposals to Brady Begin, Economic Development & Human Services Coordinator, at [email protected] by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Late applications will not be considered.
