28-year-old Man Arrested by Snoqualmie Police for Communicating with a Minor for Immoral Purposes

On September 19, 2024, at approximately 5:20 pm, Snoqualmie Police Department officers arrested a 28-year-old male at Jeanne Hansen Park for communicating with a minor for immoral purposes via electronic device.

Earlier that day, the mother of a 15-year-old female contacted the Snoqualmie Police Department to report that her daughter may have been receiving inappropriate Snapchat messages from her former soccer coach.

An investigation into the allegations was immediately launched. Based on the investigation, officers arrested Cascade FC soccer coach Joshua Lewis.

Lewis was transported to the King County Jail in Seattle, where he is being held without bail pending his first court appearance.

This is an active investigation. Detectives believe it is possible there are additional victims who have yet to come forward. Anyone with further information or who believes they may have had inappropriate contact with Lewis in the past is encouraged to contact the Snoqualmie Police at 425-888-3333.
