At approximately 4 pm on June 14, 2025, Washington State Patrol (WSP) communications received a 9-1-1 call reporting an older truck that went into the ditch and then back onto the shoulder eastbound I-90 near the exit to North Bend.
Once troopers arrived, they found a 1946 Dodge pickup truck that had gone into the ditch where the two occupants slid out of the right door prior to the truck ending up on the shoulder. The driver and passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver stated they were traveling eastbound on I-90 when a white van, possibly a Chevy Express, cut them off, forcing them off the road.

WSP detectives are asking anyone who witnessed this collision and/or has dash cam video to contact Detective Early at Todd.Early@wsp.wa.gov.
