Drivers should expect delays on State Route 202 and State Route 203 this week as Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews and contractors carry out work in Duvall, Carnation and near Snoqualmie Falls.
SR 203 in Duvall
From 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, to 6 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, contractor crews will alternate traffic on SR 203 in Duvall between NE Big Rock Road and Northeast 145th Street to support an adaptive management project.

Contractor crews working for WSDOT will remove the prior worksite that added sandbars, adjusted stream bed materials, moved logs and installed water-resistant shale, clay and silt along Thayer Creek.
The work is part of a project that will enhance fish habitat and improve fish passage at four previously corrected fish barrier sites as part of WSDOT’s fish passage program.
SR 202 near Snoqualmie Falls
SR 202/Railroad Avenue will reduce to one lane near Snoqualmie Falls at milepost 25 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, and Thursday, Oct. 8.
Flaggers will alternate traffic through the work zone with a pilot car.
WSDOT maintenance crews will use the lane closure to safely perform pavement repairs. Drivers should expect delays.
SR 203 near Carnation
SR 203/Carnation-Duvall Road Northeast will be reduced to one lane near Fay Road Northeast at milepost 10 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8.
Flaggers will alternate traffic through the work zone.

WSDOT maintenance crews will use the lane closure to safely perform ditching repairs. Drivers should expect delays.
This work may also need to occur Monday, Oct. 12, and Tuesday, Oct. 13.
