UPDATE 8:52 PM: All lanes of SR 18 have reopened.
At approximately 7:37 pm on January 3rd Eastside Fire and Rescue Crews are responding to a motor vehicle accident westbound SR-18 at the Tiger Mountain Summit (MP24).
Three patients are being treated. All westbound SR 18 lanes are blocked at Tiger Mountain. They ask that everyone please avoid the area.
This could take time to clear. Use alternate routes like I-90 to head west.
Medical Aid, Fire Assistance, the Incident Response Team, and the State Patrol have arrived on the scene.
