The Snoqualmie Valley has a wind event headed this way, but nothing too major. Wind gusts could reach 35 to 40mph starting Friday night and into Saturday morning.
The winds will slowly decrease throughout the day on Saturday. Power outages are possible, so be prepared. I don’t think we will have a Wind Advisory from the NWS with the current models.
I’ll recheck the models on Friday afternoon, and if there are any big changes, I’ll make another post.
As for the temperatures for the next week, nothing too drastic in sight. Upper 40’s for the highs and upper 30’s to low 40’s for the lows. Sorry snow fans, still nothing showing up in the long-range models.
