Very interested in exactly what PSE means by “Equipment Failure” during this weeks outages – is there someone who we can contact to find out exactly what happened.
Why yiu might ask? Answer is to ensure that RESILIENCE once again returns to our electricity supply system. Should we embark on moving distribution underground – a very large endeavor cost wise. What are the alternatives? Re-routing options?
