The newborn baby girl who was found dead in the woods along North Bend Way on February 12, 2014, will be buried this weekend because of the efforts of multiple community groups.
Baby Kimball was named after the Kimball Creek Bridge near where she was found on SE North Bend Way. The newborn was discarded about 10 feet off the road and was found wrapped in a towel with her umbilical cord still attached
The Tears Foundation, S.A.V.E (Stop Abuse and Violence Everywhere), the Snoqualmie Valley Alliance Church and the Bonny Watson Funeral home have worked with police and the King County Medical Examiner’s Office to provide services for the baby.
The funeral will be held this Saturday, March 15th at 1PM at the Snoqualmie Valley Alliance Church located at 36017 SE Fish Hatchery Rd in Fall City.
After the funeral, Baby Kimball will be transported to Bonney Watson at 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac, 98188 for a 3PM graveside service. She will be laid to rest near the Angle of Hope Monument.
The Snoqualmie Valley community is welcome to attend.
