KCSO PIO – Sgt Abbott – said on March 9th that this is a SPD case and that their marine unit assisted SPD.
As a friend of Ryan not the “desecsed” person solving this case is what his family and friends need/deserve to know regardless of what that truth maybe. Ryan was an amazing person, his life may have taken a turn but that turn should have never ended this way. Always and forever he will be remembered 💙💚
The entire family has not been properly notified yet.
