UPDATE: The eastbound Interstate 90 off-ramp to State Route 18 closures scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday nights, Feb. 5-6, have been canceled.

Two ramps at the Interstate 90/State Route 18 interchange will close for two nights each beginning Monday, Feb. 3, near Snoqualmie.

I-90/SR 18 ramp closures
People traveling overnight through the area should expect the following ramp closures:

  • The SR 18/Snoqualmie Parkway on-ramp to westbound I-90 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly Monday, Feb. 3, through Wednesday morning, Feb. 5. A signed detour will use eastbound I-90 and loop around at Southeast North Bend Way (exit 27).
  • The eastbound I-90 off-ramp to SR 18 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly Wednesday, Feb. 5, through Friday morning, Feb. 7. A signed detour will continue eastbound on I-90, loop around at Southeast North Bend Way (exit 27) and use the westbound I-90 off-ramp to SR 18/Snoqualmie Parkway.

Contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will install storm pipe drainage under the new ramps as part of the new diverging diamond interchange. This work is part of the I-90/SR 18 Interchange Improvements project, which also is widening more than two miles of SR 18 to two lanes in each direction south of I-90.
