Drivers traveling through downtown Snoqualmie on May 16th, 17th and 20th are being asked to avoid some areas or give themselves extra time, especially when traveling to Mount Si High School and Snoqualmie Middle School.
Impacted Snoqualmie Areas:
Railroad Ave SE and SE 90th St (near Twin Star Car Wash)
On Thursday, May 16th and Friday, May 17th, drivers may experience sporadic traffic delays on Railroad Ave SE near the Twin Star Car Wash for installation of sanitary sewer lines. Drivers are encouraged to give themselves extra time if heading to Mount Si and Snoqualmie Middle School so students do not arrive late.
SE Cedar St (in downtown Snoqualmie)
On Friday, May 17th and Monday, May 20th, drivers are asked to limit use of SE Cedar St between Silva Ave SE and SE Fir St due to curb and gutter improvements.
The City of Snoqualmie says drivers’ assistance is appreciated in order to make these projects move along quickly. Anyone with questions may direct them to Kamal Mahmoud, Project Engineer, at kmahmoud@ci.snoqualmie.wa.us
