After almost four months, some major remodeling work on the TPC Snoqualmie Ridge Clubhouse, including a complete redesign of the restaurant, is set to be unveiled, Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at 11AM when The Grille reopens for business.
TPC Snoqualmie Ridge was sold to Arcis Equity in July 2013, who then hired local company, Columbia Hospitality, to takeover the daily management duties of the facility.
$2.6 Million Complete Clubhouse Redesign
Construction on the ambitious 90-day transformation began in early April when offices and the pro shop were relocated in order to expand the restaurant and bar of the 16-year old clubhouse. An outdoor dining area was also installed during the work.
The architect and design team of Dallas-based Thiel & Thiel led the $2.6 million TPC Snoqualmie Ridge redesign, with Bayley Construction of Mercer Island heading up the construction work.
With the golf shop and offices relocated within the clubhouse building, the restaurant and bar area were enlarged and now span the whole front of the building, allowing for more connection between the family dining space and bar areas, as well as capitalizing on the Mt. Si and Cascade views.
A large patio deck was constructed off the front of the restaurant, giving the space a complete indoor-outdoor feel. The deck was covered and given a fireplace so it can be utilized year round. A wood-fired pizza oven was also added to the new restaurant/bar space.
Almost everything inside the clubhouse is new – flooring, furniture, light fixtures, etc. – giving the place a whole new feel just in time for the 10th annual Boeing Classic Senior Golf tour event, which runs from August 18th – 24th.
[TPC Snoqualmie Ridge is private and membership is required. Management recommends making reservations for those wanting to test out the new restaurant, as it is expected to be very busy.]
