The North Bend Theatre to Host Enchanting Halloween Screening of Nosferatu with Live Musical Accompaniment

This Halloween, step back in time and experience the chilling magic of the silent film era at the historic North Bend Theatre, as we proudly present a special screening of the original 1922 classic, Nosferatu.

This iconic horror film will be brought to life with a live musical performance by acclaimed jazz musician Danny Kolke.

On October 31st, at 7:30 PM, the Theatre will transform into a portal to the past, offering an immersive cinematic experience that combines the eerie visuals of Nosferatu with the haunting sounds of a live performance.

Danny Kolke will masterfully play a keyboard configured to replicate the rich, resonant tones of a traditional organ, which would have echoed through theatres over a century ago.

“We are thrilled to offer our audience a unique and historic experience this Halloween,” said Beth Burrows, owner of the North Bend Theatre. “This is our third year collaborating with Danny.  The combination of Nosferatu’s timeless horror and Danny’s live performance create an unforgettable evening that honors the legacy of silent film and the artistry of live music.”

Danny Kolke, known for his innovative jazz compositions and captivating performances, brings a fresh yet authentic touch to this classic film.

Kolke’s original score promises to enhance the eerie atmosphere of Nosferatu, making it a must-see event for film buffs, music lovers, and Halloween enthusiasts alike.

Tickets for this one-night-only event are available now and can be purchased at http://www.NorthBendTheatre.com
