The Snoqualmie Valley is just one week away from welcoming its first frozen yogurt store. On Thursday, March 14th, Cherry de Pon will open its colorful doors in the Snoqualmie Ridge Marketplace on Center Blvd.
This will be the 6th Washington State store for Cherry De Pon, and 7th overall. CEO, Vinh Vuong, says the Snoqualmie location will be one of the largest Cherry De Pon stores and hopes to provide a place for families to hang out and stay awhile.
The store features 7 self-serve yogurt stations and plenty of topping options. Vuong says they will rotate the flavors regularly and are always open to feedback. They also hope to feature special requests like a dairy-free and sugar-free options. Cherry de Pon also serves bubble tea, which Vuong says is kind of like a smoothie.
The inside of Snoqualmie’s newest retail establishment features spring-like, bright walls. The back wall of yogurt machines is completely tiled in unique, circular glass tiles – almost “bubble looking.” The store also has wall-mounted TV’s and they hope to offer Apple products like iPads in the future.
The plastic currently blocking the view through the front windows should come down soon. Vuong says once the shop’s furniture is moved, they will make the big “window reveal” so community members can peek in while strolling by.
Welcome to the Valley, Cherry de Pon. For more info please visit the Cherry de Pon website.
