The sounds of sleigh bells are in the air as the popular holiday train experiences return to the Snoqualmie Valley this season, offering families two festive ways to celebrate with Santa aboard historic railway cars.
The Santa Limited provides a full 2-hour round-trip excursion departing from North Bend to the Railway History Campus. Passengers will travel in seasonally decorated coaches before stopping at the Train Shed Exhibit Hall, where they can explore exhibits and artifacts while surrounded by holiday cheer.
The highlight comes with a visit to see Santa and his elves in the beautifully restored Chapel Car 5 Messenger of Peace, with warm refreshments included throughout the experience.
For families seeking a shorter but equally magical adventure, the Yuletide Express offers a scenic round-trip journey from Snoqualmie Depot to the top of Snoqualmie Falls. Passengers will enjoy gorgeous winter views of the Snoqualmie River Valley while Santa rides aboard the train, visiting with every family during the trip.
All children receive a gift from Santa, and every passenger gets a peppermint treat upon returning to Snoqualmie.
