The Snoqualmie Tribe recently appointed Stanford Le as the CEO and President of Snoqualmie Casino.
Mr. Le joined the casino as the Chief Marketing Officer in June 2018, helping to shape the marketing and acquisition strategy for what would become a record-setting 2018 and 2019 for the property.
During his tenure as interim CEO, Stanford safely and successfully led the Snoqualmie Casino team through the COVID-19 pandemic retaining and supporting the company’s entire 1100 team member workforce while instilling a culture of confidence and leadership. This culture led to Snoqualmie Casino’s recognition as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces in the Puget Sound Business Journal.
According to Le, “From the first day I joined Snoqualmie Casino 3 years ago, I’ve been inspired by the passion from our team members, the care the Tribe has about its work family and the neighboring community, and especially the work ethic displayed by the team members whom I have the fortune of helping to develop. I couldn’t be more honored that the Tribe has chosen me to lead their casino into the next period of growth and success.”
To ensure the continued success of the casino, Mr. Le will call upon over 24 years of global senior executive experience leading international, national, regional, and local integrated resort property strategy for Fortune 500 casino companies including Wynn Resorts, Sands China (Las Vegas Sands), and Caesars Entertainment. During his tenure with those companies, he has either opened or been part of the pre-opening planning for five different integrated resort properties. Each property under his leadership has either reached double-digit percentage growth, held the market’s highest share, or both. He holds two post-graduate degrees, a master’s degree in management and a law degree (JD), earned concurrently while attending Cornell University.
In a statement from Robert de los Angeles, Snoqualmie Tribe Chairman, “Through the hard work of our Snoqualmie Casino team members led by Stanford Le, we have persevered through a very challenging time. We look forward to seeing Mr. Le continuing to lead Snoqualmie Casino to new heights.”
