Snoqualmie Ridge IGA Brings in Mobile Smoker To Meet Your 4th of July BBQ Needs

Can you smell it?  You should by now.  The Snoqualmie Ridge IGA started smoking beef brisket late yesterday afternoon in a smoker trailer brought in to the store’s parking lot by truck.  Meat department employees spent a good part of yesterday prepping the meat.  Brisket started smoking first, then baby back ribs followed by whole chickens.

Today is the debut of the Ridge Supermarket’s “Hometown Smoke” event.  The fact that the event kicks off on the 4th of July makes it even easier to grab some great, easy food for your own 4th of July festivities.

Whole chickens are $8.99 each, ribs run $8.99/lb and beef brisket is $9.99/lb.  Everything is smoked fresh, on-site.  The event continues on Friday and Saturday, July 6th and 7th.

Follow the smell.  The trailer will be in the parking lot from 12-5PM!
