Just over a week after the City of North Bend and its police chief held a community meeting regarding public safety, the Snoqualmie Police Department is also seeking public input regarding safety.
The Snoqualmie Police Department is using a survey to measure the community’s perceptions of its services, and gather and hear feedback about safety concerns of community members.
It’s a simple survey. I completed it in about 5 minutes. It’s multiple choice, with plenty of places to leave input and elaborate on answers if necessary – and it is completely anonymous.
The City of Snoqualmie will use survey results to help enhance police services, “as the Snoqualmie Police Department strives to provide the most responsive, cost efficient and compassionate police services possible.”
The survey covers a variety of topics about police services and safety in Snoqualmie, including:
- How safe you feel in the community
- Police interaction with residents
- Safety issues in local schools
- Your perceptions of criminal activity in Snoqualmie
- Police program offerings and events
Survey Monkey is hosting the Snoqualmie Police online public safety survey. For a paper copy, email info@ci.snoqualmie.wa.us or call 425-888-1555 ext. 1125. The deadline to complete the survey is June 18, 2013.
