Snoqualmie Days: Celebrating History, Music, and Community Spirit

Get ready for a weekend of celebration as Snoqualmie Days returns to downtown Snoqualmie on August 22-23, 2025, honoring the rich history, culture, and community spirit that make Snoqualmie so special.

The festivities kick off on Friday, August 22, at 6 p.m. with the historic Snoqualmie Music Crawl, where local venues including the Black Dog Café, Snoqualmie Falls Brewery, The Bindlestick, and the Snoqualmie Eagles Club will host live music. The crawl runs until midnight, offering an evening of tunes and community connection.

On Saturday, August 23, the fun continues with the ever-popular Snoqualmie Firefighters Pancake Breakfast and Silent Auction at the Snoqualmie Fire Station from 7-11 a.m. This helps fund the fire department’s ongoing efforts. And the fire truck that started it all? It remains a central feature of the parade to this day. The Grand Parade begins at 10 a.m. and marches through downtown Snoqualmie, followed by a day full of family-friendly activities.

Community festivities include food vendors, live music on the Falls Avenue Main Stage, train rides, a LEGO display, the Encompass Kids Field of Fun, and much more. New this year, attendees can visit the UNW Model Railroad Show at City Hall, or explore the exciting LEGO Show and Activities at the Snoqualmie Depot Freight Room.

Please note that several streets will be closed on Saturday, August 23, to accommodate the event. Railroad Ave/SR 202 will be closed from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. between Fir Street and River Street. Falls Ave and King Street will also experience road closures from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., with signed detours in place.

Snoqualmie Days is not just about celebrating today—it’s about honoring a deep history that began in 1939. Originally known as Snoqualmie Railroad Days, this festival has been a community tradition since volunteers first rallied around the arrival of the town’s first fire truck. Today, the event still celebrates the same spirit of unity and community involvement that marked its beginnings.

Snoqualmie Days isn’t just a celebration—it’s a reminder of how far the town has come and the strong sense of community that keeps it thriving.
