North Bend’s Historic District will come alive on September 14th as the North Bend Downtown Foundation (NBDF) hosts its much-anticipated Sip Suds & Si event, celebrating local businesses, art, live music, and regional wine, beer, and cider.
The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m., offering attendees the perfect chance to explore the town’s unique shops and enjoy a lively evening.
Jessica Self, NBDF Executive Director, shared her excitement: “We’re thrilled to bring this event back to North Bend. With fantastic locations, outstanding vendors, and live music in multiple venues, it’s shaping up to be a wonderful night for everyone.”
Over 450 attendees are expected. Participants will walk from venue to venue along the sidewalks of North Bend, sampling beverages from some of the region’s best wineries, breweries, and cider houses.
Be sure to visit other Sip, Suds & Si participants, North Bend Bakery, Falling River Meats and Hartwood Cafe, who will participate with longer hours and/or specials for the night. The North Bend Theatre is offering $1 off beer, wine, soda & popcorn and the Wildflower Barrelhouse will have a wine and Fall Mulled Wine special.
Artists and musicians will also be on hand to enrich the experience. While city streets remain open, arriving early to find parking, grab a bite to eat, and shop before diving into the event is recommended.
