Comments
The lack of information coming from Snoqualmie is unacceptable. It is not due to low staffing, it is due to incompetence and corruption. Look at the pay for police and it is time to contract the county. Look at the costs for the Fire Department and it is time to go with Eastside Fire and Rescue. Mismanaged since the build out of the Billion Dollar Village in the Woods, as called in the NY Times in the 80’s, Snoqualmie Ridge. The population is declining since 2020, due to poor services that have always existed, it isn’t recent. Overpaid police, look at the pay…highest paid employee is a derelict cop, who has never properly done his job and is a subject in an major unsolved crime. He is who started the junket PD. And his dad helped convert the Fire Station from Volunteer to siphon our taxes. We are being stolen from in our taxes by the administration that refuses to do their job and wastes our money creating fake budgets with staff resources, based on things no one wants, but the guy who wants to buy himself lunch on the City Credit card and go to NAPA Valley on the City credit cards. As they do, in Snoqualmie.
