Salish Lodge adapts to New Normal with enhanced To-Go Menu, complete with Easy Valet Pick-up

For generations, Salish Lodge & Spa has been a place where people go to celebrate a special anniversary in The Dining Room, gather with friends for cocktails in The Attic, and enjoy a luxurious, yet comfortable dining experience.

Unfortunately, right now dining out is not what the community needs. The outbreak of COVID-19 has affected everyone, and local businesses have had to adapt quickly to stay afloat.

Salish Lodge said it loves being able to serve the community and has made adjustments to its service and offerings in an effort to continue providing the exceptional food community members have come to expect – just from the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Salish Lodge started offering pizzas from The Attic through its to-go platform in the spring of 2019. So expanding the menu to include classic, comfort food menu items from both The Dining Room and The Attic was an easy transition.

In these times of a ‘new normal,’ the To-Go Menu now offers a variety of starters, burgers, entrées and even desserts. Salish Lodge has even made it easy to enjoy a date night at home with the new “Salish Dinner for
Two” option that includes two entrees, sauces, two sides and a bottle of red or white wine for only $99.

Ordering pickup is easy. The valet team brings your carefully packaged food right to your vehicle. They’re also offering quick grab-and-go items from a café cart in valet area on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-3pm. The Grab & Go Menu consists of soups, sandwiches, and drinks.

Salish Lodge said it looks forward to seeing everyone in its restaurants soon; but for now, it hopes to provide the community with a sense of comfort through a wonderful meal at home with the family.
