Rain and Possible Thunderstorms Coming to the Snoqualmie Valley

[Guest Post by North Bend resident Mark Davis]

There is a front moving through tonight into Monday. We could get some wind gusts at around 20mph going into Monday morning. However, this is no major storm.

Behind this front, there will be some instability that could cause some pop-up thunderstorms Monday into Tuesday. These brief thunderstorms could bring heavy rains and gusty winds, so be prepared.

On a different note, we have a Partial Lunar Eclipse Starting on November 18th. We will have a good view of it from the US, but since it is happening in November, our local view will probably be blocked by clouds.

But one could hope we have a clear night on the 18th, and you’ll have to be a night owl to watch it.

Have a good week.
