A vehicle was reported stolen overnight from the Edgewick Inn in North Bend.

While an officer was fixing construction cones on North Bend Way, he observed that a construction site reader board formerly located at the intersection of North Bend Way and Bendigo Blvd had been carried by strong winds into a parked car near the Sunset Motel.

A caller reported observing the prowl of a a police vehicle from a nearby jurisdiction on a Snoqualmie Ridge street. Law enforcement equipment (no firearms) was stolen.

A caller reported seeing two suspects on Ring camera footage using a device to unlock his vehicle. It is suspected that the individuals were the same ones who prowled the police cruiser. There is no additional suspect info at this time.
October 27, 2026
A caller reported that she was scammed by an unknown subject while at work in North Bend. The employee was convinced to deposit money from the store’s tills into the unknown subject’s account.

The Washington State Patrol located the vehicle stolen from the Edgewick Inn on the 25th at I-90 exit 38. The registered owner was notified and responded to the location to take custody of the vehicle.

Officers responded to a vehicle vs. bicycle collision at a crosswalk on Mt. Si Blvd in North Bend. The vehicle failed to yield the right-of-way to the bicyclist, who suffered minor injuries. The driver was issued an infraction.
October 31, 2025
A vehicle reported stolen earlier that night was later located a few blocks over from the reported theft location. In the excitement of trick-or-treating, it is possible the registered owner may have misremembered where they originally parked.
November 2, 2025
As an officer was preparing to initiate a traffic stop, the driver ‘bailed’ from the vehicle in downtown North Bend. The officer observed that the vehicle had a punched-out ignition, and the license plate did not match the vehicle’s VIN.
Officers established a search perimeter, and Issaquah PD responded with a drone to aid the search. Officers, though, were unable to locate the driver, who was believed to be a known subject with a local $10,000 3rd degree theft warrant. The vehicle was later towed.
November 3, 2025
An individual left a suicide note in their apartment that included where their body would be found. Officers performed an extensive check of the area noted in the letter, but did not locate the individual.
Eastside Fire & Rescue also flew a drone near the person’s residence but found nothing. The investigation continues, and a missing person packet was completed.
November 4, 2025
An officer stopped a vehicle for a lighting violation in North Bend. The driver had an outstanding 3rd degree theft warrant out of Tukwila and a suspended license.
The driver was taken into custody, booked into SCORE for the warrant, and issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended 3rd degree.
