June 12, 2023

A subject fled during an attempted warrant arrest at Torguson Park in North Bend. The subject was detained after a short foot pursuit, evaluated, and medically cleared by Eastside Fire & Rescue. The person was booked into Issaquah jail on the warrant, obstruction, and resisting arrest.

June 13, 2023

A juvenile was learning how to drive with an older sibling in Snoqualmie. When an oncoming vehicle approached, the juvenile “panicked” and swerved to the right, striking two cars. All parties involved exchanged insurance information.

June 14, 2023

A speeding vehicle went by an officer on Snoqualmie Parkway traveling in the opposite direction. It was very apparent that the vehicle was going extremely fast. The officer used radar to see how fast the vehicle was going, showing it traveling 90 MPH in a posted 40 MPH zone. The officer caught up to the vehicle and pulled it over. The juvenile driver was issued a criminal citation for reckless driving.

June 15, 2023

A male returned to his vehicle after a round of golf in Snoqualmie to find another vehicle’s bumper had collided with his – with both bumpers still touching. The officer could locate the other driver on the golf course, who stated he was unaware that he had struck another vehicle. Both subjects exchanged insurance information.

June 16, 2023

A female called to report an unknown subject attempting to “kick in her door” while she and her two children were inside their Snoqualmie home. When officers arrived, they found the door completely off the hinges with scuff marks on the door. No subjects were around, and the victim was unsure who would have done that. No suspect info was known.

June 16, 2023

A father left a truck at Mount Si High School for his son to use after the graduation ceremony. The man’s other son observed the truck being driven around the parking lot and leaving. The son then followed the vehicle, thinking his brother was driving it. The vehicle accelerated quickly on I-90, and the brother stopped following it. It was later discovered that the vehicle had been stolen from the location, and the truck driver was not the brother. The vehicle is still outstanding.

June 16, 2023

An unknown female threw a brick through a vehicle window as she passed by near downtown North Bend. Officers contacted the female and detained her. She admitted to throwing the brick through the window. She was arrested and taken to jail on Malicious Mischief 3rd charges.

June 17, 2023

A driver with three children inside a vehicle crashed into a North Bend building and struck another vehicle. The driver stated they sneezed and lost control of the vehicle. Aid was called, and luckily no serious injuries were reported.

June 17,  2023, A North Bend Outlet Mall store reported that a male walked into the store and loaded up on several retail items. The man left in a black Suburban before officers arrived. The total estimated loss was valued at approximately $2000
