A male was caught on video surveillance opening the door to a North Bend business with some sort of tool. He then entered the bathroom, where he stayed for a few hours. Upon exiting the bathroom, he took the restroom sign off the wall, exited the building, attached the sign to his bicycle, and rode off. The business owner found the bathroom a mess in the morning, and there was some paperwork with the male’s name on it. Officers could confirm the name on the paperwork was the male in the video. The officers then went to the man’s residence, where they found the bicycle with the restroom sign still attached. The owner did not want to prosecute the male but did have him trespassed indefinitely from the business.
