An officer responded to the report of an assault in progress that turned out to be high school students “beefing.” No crime was committed.

October 10, 2024

An officer responded to the report of a male and female arguing at a Snoqualmie residence. The officer determined that no crime existed. The argument was over finances and the cost of living in the Seattle area versus where they used to live.

A caller reported a person wrapped in a blanket was knocking on the door of their North Bend home. An officer responded and performed an area check but could not locate the subject.

A caller reported a female in the North Bend Safeway appeared to be having a “bad trip” from using drugs and was fighting with a male who was with her. The subjects were gone upon the officer’s arrival.

Two vehicles were impounded that were parked in front of a North Bend home per a request from code enforcement.

Officers performed an area check near Swing Park in Snoqualmie for a possible homeless camp. A couple of sleeping pads were found, but no subjects were located. It was unknown if the location was an old camp.

Officers performed a welfare check on a subject who was involved in a verbal domestic violence incident the previous night. The reporting person thought the subject, who had made vague suicidal threats, was missing. Officers were able to contact the subject and confirm that he was ok.

It was reported that an employee was stealing items from a neighboring business. The suspect confessed, was issued a court date for Theft in the third Degree, and trespassed from the location.

A youth driver with three friends in their car attempted to “drift around corners” and struck multiple vehicles.

It was reported that a male and female were yelling at each other in a North Bend parking lot. The male yelled at the female, thinking she had taken his keys, which were found on the pavement near his car door shortly after that. The responding officer advised the couple about domestic violence laws and sent them on their way.

October 13, 2023

A caller reported that their vehicle’s window was broken on Maple Ave in Snoqualmie. Nothing was taken from the vehicle, and there is no suspect information.

October 13, 2024

The Snoqualmie Safeway reported that a subject stole $900 in alcohol and food from the store. The subject was identified from a surveillance video. Store personnel also picked out the subject from a photo montage.  Charges will follow.

A vehicle struck a deer in Snoqualmie. The deer walked away. The vehicle was towed.

October 18, 2024

Graffiti was discovered at Riverview Park in Snoqualmie. The Public Works Dept. was notified and advised that a lock was broken, so officers could not lock the restroom at night.

An unwanted subject was reported at a North Bend business. An officer responded. The subject was moved along.

October 20, 2024

A juvenile with a developmental disability wandered off from an unknown residence. Officers walked with the individual through downtown North Bend for approximately an hour to ensure he did not walk into traffic while his mother was contacted.

Officers responded to a single-vehicle accident where the vehicle went into a ditch.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle, T-bone accident at Main Ave S and W Park St in North Bend.

An anonymous caller reported that their Snoqualmie neighbor was frantic about losing her child. Once officers arrived, the mother told them the child was located and had been taken to the store with her father, which the mother did not know.

Officers responded to an SUV and a garbage truck accident in a North Bend neighborhood.

The Snoqualmie Safeway reported that two adults with kids and a dog were asking for money on the property near the store entrance. Officers contacted the individuals, and they were moved along.
