November 27th

Theft in Progress

At 3:40PM officers responded to the outlet mall for a report of a female that “destroyed” the store before shoplifting and leaving. Officers caught up to the vehicle on I-90 and conducted a traffic stop. The description of the suspect given to officers by the employees matched the description of the driver. The stolen merchandise was recovered in the vehicle and the female was arrested and booked into jail on multiple charges.

November 28th

DUI and Weapons

At 8:20AM officers were dispatched to the 8200 block of Falls Ave SE for a report of a reckless driver. The caller reported that the vehicle had now pulled over. Upon arrival, officers found the male driver slumped over the wheel. After speaking with the driver, he admitted to using heroin a couple hours previously. He was arrested for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a dangerous weapon. A switch blade knife and loaded handgun were seized from the vehicle.

November 29th

Missing Bumper

At 8:50PM officers were dispatched to the 900 block of NE 12th St for a third-party report of a vehicle into a pole. When officers arrived, they found only a bumper of the suspected vehicle that struck the pole. Witnesses say that the vehicle appeared to be a silver sedan – possibly a BMW – and it fled the scene before officers arrived. The vehicle is still outstanding.

November 29th

Acid Trip

At 8:15PM officers were advised of a female screaming in a grocery store parking lot. Officers located the involved female inside a vehicle at E 3rd Street and Downing Ave in North Bend. Officers were told the juvenile female was tripping on acid. Fire crews transported the female to the hospital and the parents were notified.

November 30th

Baby it’s Cold Outside

At 10:40AM officers were advised of a 19-month-old baby being left inside a vehicle for over an hour while the mother attended a workout class at a local community club in Snoqualmie. When an employee asked the mother about the baby, she proceeded to finish her class and mingle with others before leaving. Officers contacted the mother at her residence and had a chat with her about the dangers of leaving a child in the vehicle with the current temperatures. CPS was notified prior to police involvement.
