An officer contacted an individual in downtown Snoqualmie in a running vehicle in a church parking lot. As a result of observed signs and admitted marijuana and alcohol usage, a field sobriety test was performed. It was determined that the individual had a history of a traumatic brain injury, and arrangements were made to provide the subject a ride home in lieu of an arrest.

Officers responded to the report of two individuals asleep in a vehicle in a Snoqualmie Ridge neighborhood. Upon contact, drug paraphernalia was observed. The male driver awoke, exited the car, and voluntarily agreed to a field sobriety test. The person’s impairment was consistent with drug ingestion, and he was arrested. The subject also had suspected fentanyl in a rubber cylinder on the driver’s side floorboard of the vehicle.

Officers responded to the North Bend Outlet Mall for a shoplifting incident involving a female suspect who stole approximately $500 worth of children’s clothing. Officers could not locate the suspect, and there was no information about an associated vehicle.

Officers responded to the report of a power line at Centennial Fields Park sparking, causing a tree to catch fire. Officers called PSE and blocked off the roadway until the fire department and PSE arrived to fix the issue. The roadway was then reopened.

Officers responded to a North Bend business for a noise complaint involving rap music playing at 2 am. A truck was parked near the business entrance, but no one would open the door. The music was no longer playing when officers arrived. A voicemail was left for the business about the City’s noise ordinance.

Officers responded to a North Bend construction site where subjects were seen on ladders, possibly stealing from new townhomes under construction. It was determined to be subcontractors installing the fire suppression system before cement was scheduled to be poured the next day.

Officers assisted fire/aid crews with a possible overdose victim. The individual was transported to the hospital.

Officers responded to the report of a domestic violence incident involving an individual with mental health issues who slapped his wife. The male was involuntarily transported to the hospital. The case was forwarded to the prosecutor.

Officers responded to a road rage incident on Snoqualmie Parkway. The camera footage from one of the vehicles involved supported the reporting person’s account of the incident. The other driver will receive a criminal citation for negligent/reckless driving.

An officer performed a welfare check in a North Bend neighborhood for a known individual wandering the roadway and walking onto porches.

An officer responded to a Snoqualmie business for an individual having a manic episode. The individual was voluntarily admitted to the hospital.
