Pavement overlay projects in North Bend will continue from Monday, September 30, through Wednesday, October 2.
Crews from Rainier Asphalt and Becker Blacktop will be completing necessary repairs and paving work on SE North Bend Way, SE 140th St., and Cedar Falls Way.
SE North Bend Way and SE 140th St. Repairs Rainier Asphalt will perform grinding work on SE North Bend Way between the Snoqualmie Valley Trail crossing and Tanner Road to repair a section of the project completed earlier in September.
In addition, there will be a grind and overlay on SE 140th St., near its connection to SE North Bend Way. Traffic control will be in place, and drivers should expect periodic lane closures and brief stops during this time.
Cedar Falls Way Overlay Meanwhile, Becker Blacktop will continue to work on Cedar Falls Way between North Bend Way and 436th Avenue SE. While asphalt grinding is complete, paving will occur on September 30 and October 1. Temporary lane shifts and closures will be in effect, but driveway access will remain open, and no full road closures are anticipated.
