Overnight Work Planned on SR 18 Near Echo Lake

WSDOT crews will return to the intersection of SR 18 and Southeast 104th Street between 8 p.m. Saturday, August 29, and 6 a.m. Sunday, August 30, for striping work. The left lanes of SR 18 will close in both directions.

The westbound 104th turn lane will close for approximately two hours. Work affecting access to 104th Street is planned for late-night hours, approximately between 1 and 3 a.m. The closure will affect traffic entering Southeast 104th Street from westbound SR 18/Snoqualmie Parkway.

During the closure, access to the Echo Lake neighborhood will only be available from eastbound SR 18. Drivers should use alternate routes. The work depends on dry weather and may be rescheduled if rain is forecast. Emergency vehicle access will be maintained during the closures.

Real-time travel information is available via the WSDOT mobile app, the WSDOT Travel Center Map or by signing up for WSDOT’s email updates.
