Overnight SR 203 Single-Lane Closure South of Carnation Starts Monday, Oct. 7

State Route 203 will be reduced to one lane near 324th Way Northeast from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly from Monday, Oct. 7, until Saturday morning, Oct. 12, for utility work near a fish barrier removal project.

Flaggers will alternate traffic through the work zone each night.

Weekday single-lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in this location, which began in August, will continue during the overnight work.

Contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will use the nightly closures to install utilities near the SR 203 fish passage project. The project will open upstream habitat on an unnamed tributary to the Snoqualmie River.
