Opportunities to Meet with Local Leaders in Carnation and North Bend

Residents in Carnation and North Bend will have two upcoming opportunities to meet informally with their local elected officials.

In Carnation, Mayor Jessica Ribail and Councilmember Paquette will be at Kelsey’s Koffee this Saturday for a community coffee hour beginning at 9:00 a.m. The gathering is held on the fourth Saturday of each month and gives residents a chance to talk directly with city leadership about what is happening in Carnation.

Kelsey’s Koffee is located at 4650 Tolt Avenue.

In North Bend, Mayor Mary Miller will host her next Meet Up with Mayor Miller on Wednesday, January 28, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Arete at The Line Experience. The event is intended as a casual stop in conversation where residents can connect with the mayor, enjoy a winter beverage or snack, and discuss city-related topics that matter to them.

Arete at The Line Experience is located at 1130 E North Bend Way.

Both events provide a low-key setting for residents to ask questions, share feedback, and engage with their local leaders outside of formal city meetings.
