North Bend Seeks Community Input for Downtown Property Rejuvenation

Every day, locals drive past the vacant lot at 302 W North Bend Way, a once-thriving gas station and convenience store.

Located at the intersection of North Bend Way and Sydney Avenue, this 1,400-square-foot building surrounded by asphalt has stood empty since 2021, potentially harboring contaminated soil from its previous use.

To realize this potential, the City of North Bend is actively seeking community input to help shape the future of this important property.

Residents are invited to participate in an online survey to share their ideas and preferences for redeveloping 302 W North Bend Way into a welcoming community asset. The survey can be accessed HERE.
