The City of North Bend is seeking to fill a vacancy on the Parks, Recreation, and Beautification Commission, Position No. 1, whose term expires on December 31, 2025.
The Parks, Recreation, and Beautification Commission consists of six (6) members with terms of four (4) years and one (1) youth member with a term of one (1) year.
The Commission is an advisory body providing guidance and direction in meeting the parks, recreational, and beautification needs of the City. The Commission typically meets once every other month on a Wednesday evening.
Anyone who resides within the City limits or the 98045 zip code area and is interested in serving the Community on this important Commission is urged to submit an application by mail to the City of North Bend, Attn: City Clerk, 920 SE Cedar Falls Way, North Bend, WA 98045 or by email to soppedal@northbendwa.gov.
The applications are due no later than Friday, November 3, 2023.
