Dear Snoqualmie Valley Community,
Zombies, Clowns, Morticia… oh my!
The Night on a Dark Trail (NOADT) celebrated its 5th year of production on October 9th and 17th. It’s a true community event that engages all ages – from set building, to production, to makeup, to concessions, to parking attendants.
There were over 120 volunteers that worked to make this show a success. A special mention to Mark Hennig, the creator and organizer of the NOADT. Mark brings his artistic and creative touch making the Night on a Dark Trail a unique theatrical performance, not the typical haunted trail.
The SVFB is honored and grateful to be a part of such a dynamic event. This year all 804 tickets sales were donated to the Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank (SVFB). The $8,004.00 will be used to fight against hunger in our community.

Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank is seeking volunteers for the following positions:
Grocery Rescue Volunteer Drivers – Use your own vehicle to collect food from local grocery stores and bring donations back to food bank. Training required.
Distribution Volunteers – Help distribute food to our clients on Monday’s or Wednesday’s.
Please contact our Operations Manager, Lori, at 425 888-7832 or drop by the food bank at 122 E 3rd St in North Bend.
Main Office Volunteers– We are looking for qualified help in our main office to assist our clients. Position involves helping clients sign up for SNAP (food stamps) and other assistance. Computer and phone skills necessary. Work history in social services is a plus. Training required. Please contact Nancy Jones at mcnrjones@comcast.net or call the food bank at 888-SVFB.

It is a great community building event, and Rotary is very supportive of the work that the Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank has done.
