At the February 10, 2020 Snoqualmie City Council meeting, representatives of the new affordable apartment complex under construction on Snoqualmie Ridge – Panorama Apartments – provided an overview of the new complex.
Panorama Apartments opened a temporary leasing office in North Bend (250 Bendigo Blvd – the old Mountain Valley Art Gallery/North Bend Visitors Center next to Bartells) and launched its website on Monday, February 10th.
The 191-unit complex is located in the Eagle Pointe neighborhood of Snoqualmie Ridge on Frontier Street. Units range from 1-5 bedrooms. The complex features a clubhouse and rec center with an indoor half basketball court, outdoor pool and off-leash dog park.
Panorama representatives said income qualifying requirements for units is 60% and 80% of King County AMI (area median income). In 2019 the King County AMI was $108,600 for a family of four. Reps said they anticipate rental rates to to be approximately $1117(1bd) to $2691(5bd). Typically, each size apartment comes with a maximum income level and an established maximum rental rate depending on the apartment and family size. Rent includes washer/dryer, trash and one assigned parking space according to the presentation.
The first five apartment buildings of the 10 currently under construction are anticipated to be ready for occupancy by April. Each building will be leased as it is finished. All buildings should be complete in 2020 according to Panorama reps.
Last year, the City of Snoqualmie began an interest list for units. Panorama reps said they have been in contact with those on the list since they expressed interest before the leasing office opened its doors.
Leasing of the new affordable housing project is on a first-come/first-serve basis. Those interested can contact Panorama leasing agents who will start the income qualifying process.
