Mount Si High School Baseball Team Dominates at T-Mobile Park with Impressive Win

Mount Si High School’s baseball team got off to a slow start Saturday night in its annual game against Auburn-Riverside at Seattle’s T-Mobile Park, but once they got the bats going, boy, did they get the bats going. They cruised to a 13-1 win over the Ravens.

Clayton Crooks went 3-4 with a double and a run scored, leading the Wildcats, who also had two-hit efforts from Eddie Coons, Jimmy Pratapas and Tucker Koval; the combined efforts of those three netting four runs and five RBIs total aiding Mount Si.

Mount Si High School saw this game as more than just a win; it was a chance for many players to experience playing on the same field as their heroes from the Seattle Mariners. The Wildcats’ offense was on fire, generating 16 hits throughout the game.
