Saturday, May 29th, at approximately 3 PM, a motorcycle traveling southbound on SR203 approaching NE 24th street was struck by a vehicle turning left.
The strike was to the motorcycle’s rear bumper, causing the rider to go to the ground. The driver of a green 2000 Honda then fled the scene to their residence two blocks away.
The incident was deemed a personal injury hit-and-run collision. It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were involved at this time.
There was reportable damage to the Honda, and the motorcycle was totaled. Both vehicles were towed by Todd’s towing.

Hi it was my step Dad on motorcycle. He is still in hospital in lots of pain. They catch the person who hit him.

Yes he was caught and arrested.
