Top Pot Hand-Forged Doughnuts is coming to Issaquah, and in a somewhat ironic fashion, you will no longer need to get out of your car to get your doughnut fix.
Multiple news sources are reporting the Seattle-based doughnut maker will take over the iconic, funky little 1960’s building near the transit station at 1235 NW Maple Street in Issaquah.
That building has been many things over the years – a burger joint, 12 Avenue Cafe, a Mexican restaurant and most recently Mondo’s coffee shop. Next it will be the first drive-thru location for Top Pot Doughnuts.
According to the Issaquah Press, the newest Top Pot location should be open in late February.
Top Pot Hand-Forged Doughnuts opened in 2002 in Seattle’s Capital Hill neighborhood. They currently have 14 Puget Sound locations.
