Hearing Booms? Civil War ‘Battle of Snoqualmie’ back in Town

It’s back for a second year – and this time bad weather shouldn’t force a cancellation.

If you hear some loud booms and see men in antique uniforms around the Snoqualmie Valley this weekend, August 13th & 14th, it’s all in the name of history.

The Washington Civil War Association is hosting Battle of Snoqualmie, a Civil War reenactment that takes place at Meadowbrook Farm on Saturday from 11AM – 3PM and on Sunday from 11AM – 2PM.

The event will feature Civil War era battle reenactments and living history, including a chance to visit troop encampments and see civil war era artillery and weapons.
