Healing in the Heart of the Valley: Mount Si Physical Therapy Combines Expertise, Compassion, and Community

Nestled in the heart of the Snoqualmie Valley, Mount Si Physical Therapy offers more than just rehabilitation, it provides a path to holistic wellness tailored to the active, outdoor-oriented community it serves.

Located in North Bend’s historic Sunset Garage building, the clinic embodies a deep connection to the area’s heritage while delivering cutting-edge care for everything from orthopedic injuries to pelvic health.

A Homegrown Approach to Wellness

Dr. Kaeli Beckham, founder of Mount Si Physical Therapy, was drawn to the Valley by its friendly, small-town vibe and majestic mountain backdrop. “Like many who move here, it was the mountains that called to my husband and me,” she says. Her personal ties to the area run deep: She grew up skiing at Snoqualmie Pass, where her grandfather—a Boeing employee—hiked Mount Si after his daily commute.

Dr. Beckham’s practice pays homage to her grandfather’s belief that “movement and exercise make life worth living.” This philosophy is evident in her approach, which prioritizes treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

As an avid climber, biker, and skier who has suffered from major orthopedic injuries, Dr. Beckham brings firsthand empathy to her work. She helps clients navigate the recovery process with resilience and confidence.

Comprehensive Services for Active Lifestyles

Mount Si Physical Therapy specializes in a range of services designed for the Valley’s outdoor enthusiasts and families. From orthopedic care for climbers and skiers to pelvic health therapy addressing bladder, bowel, and reproductive issues, the clinic offers customized care plans for every patient.

“Pelvic health therapy is life-changing,” Dr. Beckham shares. “It helps people—men and women alike—address deeply personal and often overlooked issues in a safe and supportive space.”

The clinic also caters to those seeking ongoing wellness support. The Summit Wellness Membership allows athletes to maintain peak performance, addressing minor aches and preventing injuries before they occur. For those navigating stress or chronic pain, mindfulness and biofeedback training, informed by Dr. Beckham’s studies with national expert Carolyn McManus, offer tools for a more balanced and pain-free life.

Building a Community of Care

Mount Si Physical Therapy extends its wellness mission through the Mount Si Wellness Collective. This shared space brings together like-minded providers offering services such as counseling, yoga therapy, and menopause care. The Collective also hosts community-focused events, from family yoga and art walks to grief workshops and mindfulness meditations.

“Being in the Sunset Garage has grounded us in the community,” Dr. Beckham says. “It’s a welcoming space where neighbors can gather, learn, and grow together.”

Upcoming events include an open house on December 4th, where residents can tour the Collective, meet providers, and enjoy local artwork. Dr. Beckham sees these events as a way to empower the community to take charge of their health in a supportive and collaborative environment.

A Vision for the Future

Looking ahead, Mount Si Physical Therapy is expanding its team, with plans to add another pelvic health specialist in April. Dr. Beckham also hopes to one day pursue nonprofit status for the Wellness Collective, deepening its role as a resource for the Snoqualmie Valley.

“At Mount Si PT, we believe everyone deserves high-quality, compassionate care,” Dr. Beckham emphasizes. “We’re here to support our community—whether it’s helping someone recover from an injury or empowering them to reach new physical heights.”
