This summer, the heart of North Bend will pulse with the sounds of banjos, harmonies, fiddles, and heartfelt storytelling as the Haystack Music Fest makes its debut. On Saturday, July 12, from 6 pm to midnight, the festival transforms 17 walkable venues into a vibrant showcase of roots-inspired music—from folk and bluegrass to blues, alt-country, and classic singer-songwriter fare.
Music fans can enjoy a unique festival experience with 21 top-tier bands, totaling over 100 musicians, guaranteed to delight lovers of folk, blues, bluegrass, country, and singer-songwriter styles.

Americana music is a genre that broadly combines various American roots music styles, including country, blues, folk, bluegrass, and rock & roll. It’s characterized by its distinct roots-oriented sound, often incorporating elements from traditional American music while also allowing for modern influences and stylistic experimentation.
