Have Your Say: WSDOT Launches Survey on SR 202 Bike and Pedestrian Improvements

The public is invited to provide input on the State Route 202 / Boalch Ave NW to I-90 & Overflow Channel Bridge – Paving, ADA, & Deck project.

The Washington State Department of Transportation is conducting a community survey to identify bicycle, pedestrian and transit access needs on SR 202. Community feedback will help WSDOT develop improvement options for bicyclists, pedestrians and transit users on SR 202 that address community needs.

Beginning Monday, July 6, community members can visit the online open house to fill out the survey to provide feedback to WSDOT on how to improve and add pedestrian and bicycle facilities and improve access to transit on SR 202.

After this online open house, the project team will work to develop improvement options that address community needs. A second open house will be held in late 2026 to review these improvement options and seek feedback. Ultimately, WSDOT will use community feedback and analysis to determine the improvements that can be included in the project.
