On Saturday, May 3, the City of North Bend and the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe will host their annual Special Recycling Event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Snoqualmie Middle School, 9200 Railroad Ave SE.
The event is free and open to all King County residents. Participants can bring accepted items—listed online along with recommended loading order—for collection and proper recycling in the school’s parking lot, where multiple organizations will be ready to assist.
This year’s event will also feature free giveaways, with limited prizes available while supplies last.
A clothing and household goods station will return, accepting household items from King County residents at no charge. All service providers reserve the right to decline materials they consider unacceptable.
Please do not bring household paint, pesticides, or other household chemicals. These items can be disposed of at the Traveling Wastemobile, scheduled for July 11–13 at Cascade View Elementary on Snoqualmie Ridge, open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
