The City of North Bend invites residents to safely dispose of unwanted paperwork at a free community Shred-It event on Saturday, October 11.
From 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., community members can bring documents to North Bend City Hall, located at 920 SE Cedar Falls Way, for secure shredding. Each participant may bring up to two file boxes or three grocery bags of documents.
The event is open to all North Bend residents. To keep the shredding process running smoothly, please avoid bringing stiff metal, plastic bags, or DVDs, as these items can jam the shredder.
This free service provides a convenient way for residents to protect personal information while clearing out unnecessary clutter.
