Crews responded to a North Bend residence to assist a person with low oxygen levels who was having trouble breathing. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. The vehicle was traveling under 20 MPH. The pedestrian suffered possible knee and rib injuries but was able to get up. The vehicle involved stayed at the scene.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist an individual who had fallen twice and sustained a wrist injury. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a one-vehicle collision on westbound SR 18 west of I-90 involving a semi-truck that left the roadway and landed in a ditch. Crews helped the driver get free of the vehicle. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a person experiencing full-body itching. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie residence to help a person experiencing leg swelling with a rash. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a lethargic person suffering from vomiting. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews were dispatched to the Mount Si trailhead for the report of an injured hiker who was hiking alone when they suffered an ankle injury. The hiker was approximately 4 miles up the trailhead. It was determined that search and rescue would handle the incident.

November 2, 2025

Police officers requested aid crews to evaluate a person at a scene in Snoqualmie. The person was experiencing hip pain and was transported to the hospital.

November 3, 2025

Crews responded to a North Bend residence for the report of a person suffering a possible heart attack. There was a pulse and the patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to evaluate a person suffering from high blood pressure and an elevated heart rate.

Crews responded to westbound I-90 at milepost 54 for a collision involving a truck that hit a guardrail and rolled. One person exited the vehicle. The vehicle was then struck by a semi-truck. One person was still in the vehicle when it was struck. The person did not survive. One other person was transported to the hospital.
