Crews responded to a collision at the intersection of Park Street and Meadowbrook Way in Snoqualmie. One car was sideswiped, and the driver complained of right-side pain.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist an individual who fainted. The person was suffering from an underlying medical condition and was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a diabetic person who was suffering from confusion. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a person who was suffering from possible internal bleeding. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to Snoqualmie Point Park for the report of a person who fell and suffered a leg injury. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a reported rollover accident at westbound I-90 milepost 31 in North Bend. The vehicle was reportedly 10–20 feet off the roadway, with a damaged windshield, and blood inside. Crews searched the area looking for a person who may have been ejected from the vehicle. No one was found. The vehicle was cold and there was no sign of ejection.

Crews responded to Snoqualmie Point Park to assist a person experiencing a possible diabetic episode and in an altered mental state. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a downtown Snoqualmie business to assist a person who was vomiting blood. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

October 12, 2025

Crews were dispatched to North Bend Way between the Snoqualmie Casino and the on-ramp to westbound I-90 for the report of a person in the roadway who had been struck by multiple vehicles. The person was deceased.
