Crews were dispatched to a semi on fire eastbound on I-90 near milepost 37. The truck was on the shoulder, and the driver attempted to extinguish the fire but was unsuccessful. Crews extinguished the blaze.

EMTs were dispatched to a North Bend retail strip mall for the report of an unconscious person who was not breathing. CPR was attempted. Unfortunately, the person could not be revived.

EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Casino for the report of a cardiac arrest. CPR was performed, and the patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews were dispatched with other agencies for a trail rescue involving an individual who fell off their bike and suffered a shoulder injury. The person was in a remote area but was able to make it out to Rattlesnake Road, where crews met the injured person. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a downtown Snoqualmie business to assist a person who suffered a seizure.

Crews were dispatched with other agencies to Olallie State Park to assist a person who was ‘canyoning’ and suffered an asthma attack. The person’s nebulizer was not working. It took crews approximately 90 minutes to hike in, reach the person’s location, and perform a technical rope rescue. The patient was then transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to North Bend Way west of downtown North Bend for a one-vehicle rollover accident. The vehicle with two occupants ended up on its wheels. The occupants were transported to the hospital.

Crews were called to a scene in downtown Snoqualmie by police officers to evaluate a subject in custody. The person had been in a thicket of sticker bushes.

Crews were dispatched, along with other agencies, to the Teneriffe Falls Trailhead. Three juveniles were near the top of the trail and struggling with dehydration. A parent was attempting to reach the falls to get more water. The scene was turned over to King County Search and Rescue.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home for a report of smoke coming from the garage. The house was evacuated. Crews determined that clothes on top of a lithium battery were smoldering. The battery was removed from the garage. The hazmat unit was called to address the lithium battery.

Crews responded to a downtown Snoqualmie residence to address a burn complaint. The residents agreed to extinguish their outdoor fire.
